SWEP recently announced the launch of a new eCommerce and Customer Portal. This is a big step in SWEP’s digitalization plans to better serve our customers and to introduce an improved way of doing business easily and efficiently.
It is a modern portal with several new features and functionalities. We want to offer our customers more than just an eBusiness site for placing orders; we want to offer a complete eCommerce and Customer Portal.
Here are some of the features that will be available in the new portal:
- Customer-specific portal: Under “My SWEP” you will find information in your Dashboard about Order history, Order templates, RFQ history, etc.
- SWEP software integration options, such as DThermex and XReference
- Improved functionalities for finding the right accessories for the right BPHE
- Track & Trace capabilities
- And many more
We hope this will offer our customers a simple way to place orders moving forward and give them access to all of the information they need regarding our products, as well as keep track of their specific company information – all in one place.
